Hey there!! My name is Victoria Taylor.. owner of Southern Belles Beauty Salon in Lott TX.
I have operated as a stylist since 2013 and specialize in blonding services, special event hair styling, hand tied extensions, color, and women’s haircuts. I have a true passion for working behind the chair! There is no greater feeling, as a stylist, than to create transformations that leave your guests in awe and confidence soaring.. I just truly love watching hair goals come to life.
On the weekends, you’re sure to find me in a bridal suite! From boho & textured to sleek & glamorous.. I love it all! Show me a Pinterest picture or give me free reign, either way I’ll give it my all to create that perfect look for your big day!
Above all, what I love most about being a stylist? It’s the friendships and bonds I’ve been able to form over the years with my guests & brides!
Meet Allison
Hey there! I’m Allison! I own our Franklin TX location. I've been behind the chair since 2013, and it's been such a fun ever-learning experience that I've absolutely loved.
In the salon, my goal is to leave you feeling refreshed and beautiful... whether that's done by blonding, coloring, cutting or installing hair extensions!
On the weekends, you can probably find me in a bridal suite! I been doing airbrush makeup since 2014 and I'd love to be a part of your big day!
Meet Nora
Hello everyone:) My name is Nora Hernandez, born and raised in Travis/Lott Tx. Follower of Christ & lover of all things Glam✨
I have been behind the chair at our Lott location since 2021. Working at the salon & traveling to & from wedding venues has been nothing short of my cup of tea for sure!!
My biggest goal and overall desire is to make every person that sits in my chair feel good about themselves inside and out. Being the person that brings out the glow in someone’s smile or being someone who simply will just listen and console is the ultimate reward in my opinion. I also am absolutely so grateful to work with women that are ambitious and driven, we keep each other motivated & fueled and I love it! In the time I’ve been with Southern Belles Beauty I have witnessed not only myself grow & improve my skill, but I’ve seen the entire salon as a team & company flourish more and more and hope to continue on that same path in the time to come.

Meet Keeley
Hey there, I’m Keeley Chandler!
I’m originally from Robinson TX. I now live with my husband on our family ranch in Chilton TX, where we raise our 2 boys!
When I’m not at home raising a house full of boys, you can find me in the salon or in a wedding venue! I’ve been behind the chair at our Lott location since 2021. I specialize in cuts & color, hand tied extensions, brow lamination/tinting, special event hair & makeup, and spray tans.
I love working in the beauty industry because it allows me to be limitlessly creative every day. I have always loved all things artistic. To be able to be innovative and to also help women feel empowered & beautiful at the same time is a dream job for me!
